- shipping now using DHL Express which will takes about 3 to 7 working days to arrive depends on flight delays or countries customs and different countries had different rates. Kindly select the country for postage accordingly before checking out.
- if there are charges for any tax in customs in your country, you have to be responsible on the tax. If you wanted to lower the custom tax, kindly email to us or DM us on Instagram. Once the price lowered, it is not our responsibility for the damage or missing items and you will not get partially claim depends on DHL express. For full claim, you have to purchase DHL insurance.
- to save the shipping cost you can share with your friends but max order up 4 pairs of ears and if order more than 4 pairs there will be additional charges. If order set as in a pair of ears and a tail, we will email to you the extra charges on the shipping. Example standard 32 USD to US , with tail will be 49 USD to US.
- when receiving the package, to make sure nothing is damage or item lost, kindly take a video as proof when opening the DHL package first. Without proof of video, I will not be responsible on item damage or lost and will not be able to claim base on DHL.
