Shipping & Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times

• Malaysia: 3 to 5 business days
• Worldwide: 3 to 10 business days 

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted

Custom and personalized orders

• Custom orders only available when an announcement will be made.
• If buyer buys more than 4 pairs, there will be additional charges for another pair on shipping for international buyer. 
  If your location / town is further away from the main city which DHL express can't go further and they need a 3rd party to send, there will be additional charges on the shipping. 
• Tracking number will be provided during the postage. (Insurance not included)
• There will be no refund and return if you receive your item and not satisfied with the workmanship.
• Strictly not allowed any impostor to self-proclaimed handmade or making profit to any artwork created by poppyfuwa. I block you and never sell to you again. If anyone saw my artwork being sold by the others, kindly share the screenshot and report to me will be much appreciate :)

Care Instructions

• Kindly use the plastic comb or finger to style. Do not use pet brush.
• Never wet under the rain or water.
• Keep it in a container or drawer to avoid the metal from rusty after using it.

Will I receive an invoice after I make the payment?

Yes, bigcartel will send to you an invoice by email after making your payment.

Why I still haven't receive my parcel which delayed very long?

Kindly input your name, contact number &  mailing address correctly. 

I will not hold any responsibility if the parcel is deliver wrongly, delayed by the customs, weather problem or transportation problem.
